What is the meaning of one's false self?
The false self is an artificial persona that people create very early in life to protect themselves from re-experiencing developmental trauma, shock, and stress in close relationships. Meaning, our delusionary self-creation process starts early in our childhood.
The Scoop of the Day:
Ravintsara: The essential oil of Expansion. Just like this oil is key for respiratory system It also helps your emotional well-being by opening and expanding your airways to support the flow of energy. This oil is beneficial for focusing and reinvigorating your mind. No need to feel stagnant in your thoughts, uses oil to clear, wave, mental fog, and allow for much is clarity and perspective to come in.
Forgive: This oil is the blend that helps assist individuals who desire to forgive. The soil is great to support those individuals who feel cynical, or begin to expect the worst from others. It opens up your mindset and allows you to look for the good and others. This oil is a great teacher. It helps you understand that everyone is learning and growing together. Mistakes happen in life, but we all should meet each other with forgiveness and kindness.
Thyme: This oil is the essential oil of releasing and forgiving. It’s one of the most powerful cleansers of the emotional body, and can support in addressing trapped feelings which have been buried for a long time. Time empties the soul of negativities, leaving the heart wide-open in some states of openness people begin to feel tolerance and patience for others, including themselves. Time transforms the emotion of heat and anger into love and forgiveness.
